Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: No, One Under is a full-service banquet hall. All food and drinks must be catered by One Under
except for desserts.
Q: What is your capacity?
A: Our lower level holds a max of 140, and our upper level has a maximum of 180
Q: Do you have a minimum capacity?
A: Depending on room availability, the minimum guest count is 40 adults for a private room
Q: What if I have fewer than 40 adults?
A: You are welcome to pay for the difference between your guest count and the room minimum. If you do not require a private room, we are happy to accommodate groups in our bar/restaurant
Q: Do you have a room rental fee?
A: Yes, the rental for half the room (under 80) is $350, and a full room (over 80) rental is $500
Q: How early should I book?
A: We do not do holds of any kind; we suggest booking as soon as possible.
Q: What are the room rental time frames?
A: We offer two time slots for booking Monday-Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm &; 5:00pm-12:00am
Sunday from 11:00am-4:00pm &; 5:30-12:00am
Q: Do you charge a cake-cutting fee?
A: No, we are happy to provide those services at no additional charge.
