One Under Banquet Venue Booking and Deposits

One Under requires a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure a private event space. Adult minimums must be met and paid regardless of the final guest count. Menu options, guest counts, and enhancements are due a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. While deposits are applied to the final invoice, room rental fees are in addition to the menu price.

One Under banquet facility offers four room selections for your Hors D’oeuvres party:

Reservation Time

Monday – Saturday 10:30am – 3:30pm or 5:00pm – midnight; Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm or 5:00pm – 11:00pm

June-October evening private events must meet the following minimums: Full room $5,000; Half Room $2,500

Package includes your choice of four hors d’oeuvre options. A $5 per person charge will be added for each option over four. Premium options are noted with an additional charge. Hors D’oeuvres are served buffet style. Buffet will not exceed 3 hours. Butler passed hors d’oeuvres are available an additional charge.
